It’s ten years since I first went to BodyPower – one of the biggest bodybuilding and fitness expos in the whole of Europe.
Hosted in the colossal Birmingham NEC, BodyPower is set over six halls and more than 300 exhibitors.
It was in this awe inspiring environment, media pass in hand, that I ventured.
Meet Your Heroes – Get Real Advice
Meeting some of my fitness heroes was a real buzz. At BodyPower you will literally rub shoulders with the great and the good of the bodybuilding and lifting world. You will be amazed at how approachable these men and women are. You will pick up some great bits of advice.
It was at this – my first BodyPower – that I started to think seriously about nutrition and supplementation. Working those things together with my already intense training schedule was like getting the cheat codes to a great physique.
BodyPower 2020 – a Phenomenal Three Day Event
With some really cool seminars and events covering all three days, it’s no wonder many people make a weekend of it. There is a broad church of interests from:

- Powerlifting and strongman
- Crossfit
- MMA
